We arrived tonight and took a bus from the airport. You drive in what seems like a super highway from the future. It's also positioned halfway up all the buildings- you drive so close to the buildings that I looked in to an office building and saw a man at a urinal. No joke. And the road goes almost through all the buildings, it’s hard to describe, but really neat. My room looks out over the top of the city and you can sit on the ledge just like Lost in Translation. It’s beautiful. I understand now, how Scarletts character must have felt- it’s a little intimidating and a little lonely.
And my toilet seat is heated. Yeah. And everything has a button or remote. And everyone bows. Even at the gym. While you’re on the treadmill.
Lost in Translation- i must admit, it's pretty right on. You see American celebrities faces all over the place promoting products. Brad Pitt, Cameron Diaz, Keira Knightly- but the best if Tommy Lee Jones and Boss Beer...
